Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for around 1 minute. Mix in the brown sugar. Allow to cool at room temperature.
Once cooled, beat in the eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for around 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Do not overbake. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, in a large bowl cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly mix in half of the melted white chocolate.
Frost the cooled bars and sprinkle with the orange flavoured cranberries. Drizzle the top with the remaining white chocolate. Cut the bars into triangles and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
