Vanilla Matcha Chai Latte

- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 vanilla chai tea bag
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton not a can)
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Pour the hot water into a mug. Add the tea bag in the mug and steep for at least 3 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and mix in the matcha powder.
Pour the coconut milk in a mason jar and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Add the stevia to the milk and close with the lid. Shake vigorously until foamy. Pour over the matcha. Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
