Vanilla Matcha Chai Latte

Easy Vanilla Matcha Chai Latte recipe. This healthy warm comforting drink idea is vegan and gluten free, perfect on a cold day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 vanilla chai tea bag
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton not a can)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pour the hot water into a mug. Add the tea bag in the mug and steep for at least 3 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and mix in the matcha powder.
  • Pour the coconut milk in a mason jar and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the stevia to the milk and close with the lid. Shake vigorously until foamy. Pour over the matcha. Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
