Sesame Chicken
Easy Sesame Chicken recipe. Better than takeout, this quick and simple dinner idea is perfect for a weeknight meal.

- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 14 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 sprig green onion, chopped
In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over medium hear. Once the oil is hot, cook the chicken until cooked through, around 5 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Once the chicken is cooked through, mix in the sauce and cook for around 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened and chicken is coated.
Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
