Biscoff Ice Cream
Easy Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream recipe. Made with minimal ingredients, this simple dessert idea is a great nut free sweet treat.

Biscoff spread

granulated sugar

Tbsp
vanilla extract
2
cups
whipping cream

cup
milk
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the Biscoff spread and sugar until fully combined.
Turn the mixer to low and mix in the vanilla, whipping cream and milk until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.
When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
