White Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla. Add in the eggs one at at time, scraping the bowl after each addition.
  • Mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake the blondies in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. The middle should have a slight wobble. Do not over-bake!
  • Allow the blondies to cool completely.
  • Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
