Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower

Easy Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower recipe. This super simple gluten free side dish is the a great spicy way to eat your vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until the cauliflower is fully coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower over the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the cauliflower in the hot oven for an additional 5 minutes.
