Ground Beef and Broccoli

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 12 oz broccoli, chopped
Cook the ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and hot sauce.
Add the broccoli and soy sauce mixture to the ground beef and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for around 5-7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
