Hummus
Easy Hummus recipe. Made with only 8 ingredients, this makes a great healthy appetizer or snack idea. Serve it with vegetables or pita.

- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup reserved liquid from chickpea can
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
In a food processor, puree the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add in the reserved liquid from the chickpea can and the olive oil. Puree until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl or a shallow plate. Smooth with the bottom of a spoon. Top with additional olive oil and enjoy.
