Baked Parmesan Summer Squash

- 2 medium summer squash, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the squash in one layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the garlic powder on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Using a small spoon, spoon some parmesan on top of each squash.
Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until parmesan in golden brown.
