- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Heat the coffee, milk and pumpkin puree in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, pumpkin spice and stevia. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl, and top with the yogurt.
