Ingredients
1lbground turkey
1/4cupParmesan cheese,grated
1largeegg
1tspItalian seasoning
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspred pepper flakes
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked.
Notes
The calorie count is per meatball. Obviously you will probably eat more than one meatball, but depending on if you are making this for an appetizer or in a spaghetti, the serving size would be different.
