- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in the milk, oil and water.
In a seperate bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Fold in the walnuts, if using.
Pour the batter into the preheated loaf and bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
