Banana Bread
Moist Banana Bread recipe. The best loaf I have tried and super easy to make, this is going to be your new favourite snack or breakfast idea.

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda disolved in 1 Tbsp cold water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350˚F
In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the bananas, vanilla, eggs and baking soda mix, and mix until fully combined.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones, mixing until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into a lightly sprayed loaf tin and bake for around 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
