- 4 large eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk (370 mL)
- 1 can condensed milk (300 mL)
- 1 can evaporated partly skimmed milk (370 mL)
- 2 cups milk
With an electric mixer, cream together the eggs and sugar. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and milk and mix well.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. When the ice cream is done, pour into a airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
