Matcha Yogurt Loaf

Easy Matcha Yogurt Loaf recipe. The grean tea powder gives this bread a beautiful green colour. It makes a great breakfast idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside,
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, matcha, baking powder and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla until fully combined.
  • Stir in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until fully combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then remove to cool completely on wire racks.
