Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Easy Greek Yogurt Pancakes recipe. Simple breakfast idea made with only 4 ingredients, they are perfectly light and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat together the yogurt and egg until light and fluffy. Mix in the flour and baking soda until fully combined.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, and flip when bubbles are covering the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook the other side until it is golden.
