Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly spray 2 loaf pans.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla until fully combined. Slowly mix in the flour mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake in the preheated loaf pans and bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes and let cool on wire racks.
