Ingredients
4 1/2cupshalf and half cream (or coffee cream)
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2Tbsppure vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large saucepan, mix together the salt, half and half cream, milk and sugar. Heat on medium heat, and mix frequently until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Refrigerate until completely cold, preferably overnight.
Remove from the fridge and freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
