Toffee Cheesecake Balls

Easy Toffee Cheesecake Balls recipe. Made with cream cheese, craham crackers and topped with pecans, I want them for dessert every night!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp shortening
  • 3 Tbsp pecans, finely chopped
  • 8 pieces toffee, melted

Instructions

  • Mix together the cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined. Form into 1 tablespoon balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
  • Boil 5 cups of water and pour into a medium bowl.
  • Place the chocolate chips and shortening into a smaller bowl, and place it into the bowl full of water. Mix the chocolate chips and shortening until the mixture is smooth, making sure not to let the water mix in with the chocolate mixture.
  • Take the frozen balls out of the freezer and dip them in the chocolate mixture. Place the dipped cheesecake balls back on the waxed paper. Quickly sprinkle the cheesecake balls while the chocolate is still wet with the pecans.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the toffee. Drizzle it on the cheesecake balls, and freeze until hard.
