Shrimp Stir Fry
Easy Shrimp Stir Fry recipe with homemade honey garlic sauce. My go-to dinner idea when I have snow peas and shrimps in the fridge.

Sauce
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp crushed chili peppers
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Stir Fry
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 340 g shrimp, cooked
- 170 g snow peas, stems cut off
- sesame seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together the "sauce" ingredients.
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil on medium high. Add in the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute. Mix in the green onions and shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes. Add in the snow peas.
Pour in the sauce, and mix occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
