Peppermint Pretzel Christmas Wreath

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- mini pretzels
- crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth. Mix in the peppermint extract.
- Place 6 mini pretzels in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, with the larger side in the centre. Dip the tops of the pretzels in the chocolate and place back on the parchment paper. Repeat for the rest of the pretzels.
- Dip 6 more mini pretzels in the chocolate and place them on top of the 6 bottom pretzels, making sure to stagger the pretzels so that you can see the bottom layer. Sprinkle the top with crushed candy cane.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the white chocolate is done. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until hardened. Remove and store in a tupperware container.
