Easy Monterey Jack Artichoke Dip made with mayo and yogurt. Baked to perfection, this dip is perfect with tortilla chips as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Scoop into a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
