Valentine's Day Mini White Chocolate Cups
Super easy to make Valentine's Day Mini White Chocolate Cups recipe. The perfect dessert to make for your loved one, for your friends or as a treat for yourself.

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 drop red food colouring gel
Line a mini muffin pan with 16 paper liners. Set aside.
Place all of the ingredients except the food colouring in a microwave safe medium bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. If not fully melted, repeat the process until a smooth consistency forms.
Divide evenly in the paper liners. Add a drop of red food colouring to the small remaining amount of chocolate in your bowl. Add drops of the coloured chocolate to your chocolate cups, and create hearts with a toothpick.
Transfer to the freezer until hardened. Place in an airtight container, and store in the fridge or freezer.
