White Chocolate Coconut Flour Cookie Dough

White Chocolate Coconut Flour Cookie Dough recipe is so easy to make, and perfect for Valentine's Day or Canada Day. Gluten free and egg free.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • red food coloring
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the whipping cream, stevia, coconut flour, butter, vanilla, salt and maple syrup until fully combined. Add the red food colouring, a couple of drops at a time, mixing until you reach your desired colour.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Create 1 Tbsp (or bigger if you want!) balls of cookie dough with your hands. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
