Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork recipe is perfect for a weekday dinner. Made with pork tenderloin and kidney beans.

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2-2.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed (optional)
Mix together all of the ingredients in your slow cooker.
Cook on high for 6 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
Shred the meat using 2 forks. Toast some buns of choice and spoon a generous amount of the pulled pork on top.
