Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, cut into coins and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a food processor or a very good blender, pulse all of the ingredients together until smooth. Scoop into a bowl or a come. Top with additional shredded coconut and pineapple chunks if desired.
