White Mocha Oatmeal

This White Mocha Oatmeal recipe is so quick and easy to make! Ready in under 10 minutes, this makes a filling breakfast idea.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and honey. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the cocoa powder.
  • When thickened, remove from heat and mix in the white chocolate chips until melted (I like to reserve some to sprinkle on top).
