White Mocha Oatmeal

- 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and honey. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the cocoa powder.
When thickened, remove from heat and mix in the white chocolate chips until melted (I like to reserve some to sprinkle on top).
