Coconut Chocolate Protein Squares
Homemade Coconut Chocolate Protein Squares made with peanut butter and sweetened with one ripe banana, this makes the perfect post workout snack.

sweetened shredded coconut

raisins

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the banana, oats, flax seeds, protein powder, peanut butter, coconut, butter, raisins and water.
Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave, stopping in 30 second intervals to stir.
Spread the melted chocolate over the mixture in the pan, and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and store in the freezer.
