Pecan, Cranberry and Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, mix together the banana, oats, milk and cinnamon. Heat on medium heat until thickened, around 5 minutes.
  • Pour into a bowl, and top with coconut, cranberries and pecans.
