- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tsp dried cranberries
- 2 tsp pecans, chopped
In a small saucepan, mix together the banana, oats, milk and cinnamon. Heat on medium heat until thickened, around 5 minutes.
Pour into a bowl, and top with coconut, cranberries and pecans.
