Vanilla Protein Powder Pancakes

These Vanilla Protein Powder Pancakes are made with whey protein powder. Can be made vegan, these pancakes are super fluffy and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a skillet on medium heat, and lightly grease the pan. Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the hot skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the top. Flip the pancake over, and cook the other side for an additional minute, or until the side is golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
