This Chocolate Vanilla Protein Mug Cake is made with vanilla whey protein powder and no egg. Perfect post workout snack recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp applesauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe mug, mix together the flour, protein powder, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
  • Add the applesauce and milk, and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Microwave for 40 seconds and see if it’s done. If it’s not, microwave in 10 second intervals.
