Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This strawberry banana smoothie is super easy to make and so refreshing. I like to make this recipe for breakfast or a mid morning snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, frozen and cut into coins
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses, and serve immediately.
