- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix together the soups, corn, water and cumin. Pour into the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Remove from heat and break up the chicken. Stir in the cheese until fully combined.
