- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract. Mix in the flour one cup at a time until fully incorporated. Beat in the Nutella.
Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop the cookie dough onto the baking sheets.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on pans for around 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
