Ginger Pear Baked Oatmeal
Even oatmeal haters will love this ginger pear baked oatmeal. Easy to make and a perfect recipe for fall.

- 3 cups quick oats
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium pears, diced
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, except the pears. Gently fold in the diced pears and pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set in the middle.
