Vegan Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Avocado Pie
Vegan Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Avocado Pie recipe that is gluten free and so quick and easy to make. Rich and fudgy dessert idea.

Ingredients

gluten free pie crust

large
avocados,
peeled and pitted
3/4
cup
pure maple syrup
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
4
Tbsp
natural peanut butter
2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
In a food processor, blend together all of the ingredients (except the pie crust!) until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust, and place in the freezer to harden.
Notes
Can be kept in the fridge, but I personally prefer a harder and more ice cream like texture the freezer provides for the pie.
