Maple Salmon

Super easy maple salmon recipe! Made with only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lb salmon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon in a glass baking dish lined with aluminium foil. Pour the sauce on top. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
