Maple Salmon

- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb salmon
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper.
Place the salmon in a glass baking dish lined with aluminium foil. Pour the sauce on top. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
