Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, bananas, yogurt, maple syrup and brown sugar until fully combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Do not overmix. Fold in the hemp hearts.
Pour the batter into the the prepared loaf pan and place in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
