Lemon Garlic Salmon
My favorite Lemon and Garlic Salmon recipe. Baked in the oven for 15 minutes, this healthy baked salmon is the perfect weeknight meal.

- 1 1/2 lbs salmon
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Place the salmon on the baking sheet, skin side down and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Brush the salmon with the sauce until fully coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until just cooked through and flaky.
