Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
Easy Peanut Butter Protein Cookies, made with whey protein. A super simple recipe made with 4 ingredients that really packs in the protein.
Servings: 12
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter, smooth
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop (or your hands), scoop the batter onto the prepared cookie sheet, making sure the cookies are at least 2 inches apart. Flatten the cookies with a fork to make the criss-cross pattern on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies begin to brown.
Allow to cool on the cookie sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
