Peanut Butter Protein Balls

No bake peanut butter protein balls. Made with vanilla whey protein powder, they are vegan, gluten free and made with no refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp coconut flour

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup in two 30 second intervals, mixing after each interval until smooth.
  • Mix in the protein powder and coconut flour until fully combined.
  • Form into 16 balls, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
