Vegan Cherry Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup 100% tart cherry juice
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 5 medium cherries, pitted and chopped
Heat the cherry juice and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl and top with cherries.
