Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the sugars, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, coconut, Rice Krispies, oats, baking powder and salt.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Fold in the M&Ms.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for around 16 minutes. Allow to cool on the pan for around 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cook completely.
