- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray and set aside.
Add all the ingredients to a small blender. Pulse until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
