Orange Ground Chicken

Easy Orange Ground Chicken recipe. A quick and simple weeknight dinner idea using fresh orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp chili paste
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • sesame seeds to garnish
  • green onions to garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium hear. Add in the chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add in the ginger, garlic, chili paste, orange juice and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce to a simmer for around 3-5 minutes, or until reduced and thickened.
  • Remove from heat and serve with rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onions and enjoy!
