- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chili paste
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- sesame seeds to garnish
- green onions to garnish
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium hear. Add in the chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
Add in the ginger, garlic, chili paste, orange juice and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce to a simmer for around 3-5 minutes, or until reduced and thickened.
Remove from heat and serve with rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onions and enjoy!
