Green Oatmeal
Easy Green Oatmeal recipe. A breakfast idea inspired by your favourite smoothie, it also makes a great St Patrick's Day idea.

- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
Toppings
- 1/2 medium banana
- additional fruit
In a blender, pulse the oat milk, spinach and banana until smooth.
Combine the milk mixture and the oats in a small saucepan.
Heat the saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Reduce heat and cook for around 4-5 minutes, stiring continuously until thickened.
Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
