- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and cheese.
Using the dough hook attachment on our stand mixer, slowly mix in the heavy cream until dough forms, around 5 minutes.
Form a rectangle on the prepared baking pan with the dough 1 inch thick. Cut into squares. Separate the squares slightly and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. If it is still not done, reduce heat to 350°F and cook until the middle of the biscuits seem firm.
- You can form into balls if you want.
- These are best enjoyed right away, but if you have extra store in an airtight container. Reheat in the microwave for 20 seconds.
