- 1 cup boiling hot water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 5 1/2 cups cold water
In a pitcher, mix together the hot water and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Mix in the lemon juice and cold water until fully combined. Serve with ice and lemon slices.
- I like a more tart lemon flavour. You can add more sugar or water if you like the lemon flavour less intense.
