Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red grapes, frozen
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 packet acai puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree all of the ingredients except the peanut butter until smooth.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter along the sides of a mason jar. Pour in the smoothie and enjoy!

Notes

Acai packets can be found in the freezer section of most grocery stores. If you can't find them, you can always replace the packet with 1/2 cup frozen berries.
