- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Mix in the onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Mix in the cumin, chipotle and garlic. Cook for around 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
